JDF is a family owned and operated company that was established in 1980. Originally from New Jersey, we moved to Boca Raton in 1994. From there we continued to grow our business into the establishment it is today. We do everything related to residential property management and take pride in doing it. We can provide Weekly, Biweekly and Monthly visits to your home in order to inspect the property for any and all issues. Upon each visit, we'll check for things like general security, pest issues, water damage, air conditioning, electric, plumbing, pool and the landscape.
